Here are some examples of work I have carried out.:-<\/p>\n<p>Implementation of various performance measuring tools and systems for assessing achievement of strategic objectives as well as business and financial performance.<\/p>\n<p>Development of local and corporate strategies from planning to delivery of final documents which included working with external consultants to support development of business strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Coaching and mentoring of young leaders, including involvement in a number of projects to set up corporate and local processes for talent management.<\/p>\n<p>Linking staff objectives and performance to strategy.\u00a0 For example, when in leadership in Boehringer Ingelheim Turkey we were the\u00a0 first pharmaceutical company in that country to achieve Leaders in People<\/p>\n<p>Sales force targeting and resource allocation as well as performance measurement and definition of appropriate incentivisation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Examples of Positions held:<\/p>\n<p>Managing Director \u2013 UK, Nordics, Turkey<\/p>\n<p>Corporate VP PM\/CHC Emerging Markets MEAA<\/p>\n<p>Head of Corporate Development, Germany<\/p>\n<p>Director of Business Development and Support, UK<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Over many years in the pharmaceutical industry I have been involved in a significant number of key projects, whether form a leadership perspective or as a taem member.
