Over many years in the pharmaceutical industry I have been involved in a significant number of key projects, whether form a leadership perspective or as a taem member. Here are some examples of work I have carried out.:-
Implementation of various performance measuring tools and systems for assessing achievement of strategic objectives as well as business and financial performance.
Development of local and corporate strategies from planning to delivery of final documents which included working with external consultants to support development of business strategy.
Coaching and mentoring of young leaders, including involvement in a number of projects to set up corporate and local processes for talent management.
Linking staff objectives and performance to strategy. For example, when in leadership in Boehringer Ingelheim Turkey we were the first pharmaceutical company in that country to achieve Leaders in People
Sales force targeting and resource allocation as well as performance measurement and definition of appropriate incentivisation.
